Andreas and Angela Frész have been married since 1980. They have two adult children, both married, and 7 grandchildren. Following a crisis in their own marriage, they wished to offer other couples the kind of hell they had received and became trained in the area of ministry to families. Since 1987, Andreas and Angela have been staff members of Youth With A Mission (YWAM), an international, interdenominational Christian Missions movement. After the Berlin Wall fell in 1989, they, with a team of people, established and developed a YWAM base in Hainichen, Eastgermany, with an emphasis on ministry to families and youth. They oversee YWAM Family Ministries International, coach and train leaders and facilitators for marriage and family ministries. Their book „Families in Ministry – How to thrive, not just survive“ – course manual to be used in family, small group, church and team – is now available in 7 languages (German, English, Russian, Bangla, French, Portuguese and Chinese), see also www.families-in-ministry.com
